Tremec install question

I am installing a tremec 3550 in an 89 gt. The trans is sitting towards the passenger side. Is this right? I was able to bolt in the adjustable crossmember. I am using westar convertible motor mounts and a ford trans mount. I am not so sure that the quality of the motor mounts are good. The crossmember is very close to rubbing the trans. the crossmember is all the way back. I would think that the trans should be centered in the tunnel. Where the shifter goes through the floor it is all the way to passenger side.

I don't know, I ordered prothane motor mounts from summit. I will see if its any better. The LRS convertible mounts didn't even fit the block well. I had to cut them in a couple of spots. The pro 5.0 shifter is pinned against the shifter opening.

If it is pinned I don't think it is set right. Can you snap a few pics and post them up.
