Trans for 01-04 mustang

I'm posting this for a friend, He needs a manual trans for 01-04 I'm pretty sure its a 3650?. Any help would be greatly appreciated by myself and my friend.

I have one available from a 2001 GT. It's a 3650 with only 10k. Excellent condition. $400 in the Bronx.

I have a disassembled T3650 sitting in the garage. $200 and its yours. Needs 3-4 shift fork, and possibly 2nd gear synchro
