thinking of buying a 87 lx

hi, i was wondering. I'm thinking of buying a 87 t top lx with a 460 motor out of a truck but motor and tranny needs to be install does anyone know how much would it cost to install motor and tranny and where can i do it??? car would be carburator

the car comes with all the parts needed already i was wondering where can i do this install a shop around long island? and also how much would it cost cuz i wanna see if i have enough money otherwise ima buy the car and wont know what to do with it or where to put it

If you cant do it yourself you will be paying a decent amount. Just figure that most shops are around $70-90 an hour..

We did the swap in my buddies car last season and it was fairly easy, only ran into minor problems. We had to get drop K-member spacers to clear the headers he was running, then had to lengthen the steering shaft.
