ko3 turbos are way too small for your car. The car will pull hard down low, but will run out of breath at ~4k rpms (guestimating) when the turbos become a restriction.
If you want to go TT, the Do-it-yourself way try to get a pair of t3's out of a Thunderbird TurboCoupe, you can get them really cheap from the junkyard and or Ebay.
Anyways if you still want to use them you will need:
A set of shorty headers, BBK's are a popular choice.
a pair of t25 (if I remember correctly) turbo flanges to mount the turbos.
then, like you said you will need piping to fabricate downpipes and the cold side. Intercooler (you can get some nice units on Ebay)
then, you will need a Blow off valve, no need for external wastergate since those turbos are internally gated so that's a plus.
you will need to upgrade your injectors and maf, or maybe an FMU but I would not recommend it.
you'll need a boost referenced fuel regulator.
you will need a custom tune or to lock you timing which can hurt gas mileage.
then there are the silicone couplers, clamps, spark plugs that are 1 step colder and even though its not necessary, it would be ideal to get rid of your mufflers if they are baffled (like flowmaster) and getting a pair that have a straight-tru design (like Magnaflows, others)
