i have a ford tempo with a 2.3 in it will a svo head and turbo bolt on ton this because they are both the 2.3s and how bout the ecu can i keep it the same

I had a 84 tempo with HSC. Low power engine. Don't know what it could be modified to. It would take a rebuild to do anything good.
