I run a KB but in my opinion there all great add on's. I would however strongly suggest which ever one you pick ensure that the supplier can give you great tune support. This is most important.
Looking at your short list I would pick the Edlebrock since twin screws give great low end torque and Edelbrock has low IAT's . It looks pretty good to.

+1 go with a Vortech!! Brenspeed's kit is very awesome- Plus the install was a piece of cake for me- I saved myself close to 800 dollars by not having to pay someone to do it!! The manual is extremely detailed with pictures. If you decide to do the V3 and decide to install it, Let me know i'll be glad to help.

^^One other thing, I am not intercooled, but will be this winter, I just ordered the kit from Brenspeed.
You save more money if you go with the intercooler and 10 pound pulley right away rather then buying them seperate. I payed 3800 for my Vortech V3 kit non-intercooled with an 8 pound pulley.. However, if you upgrade to an intercooler and 10 pound pulley down the road it's an additional 1800 bucks... it comes out to be $5600. Whereas if you get the whole kit at one time It's only $5154.00.
I will only trust a vortech for Centri's.. just because of the experiences I have heard of them. Not saying others arn't good but always heard Vortech is the best for a centri.

With all the advancements in technology now a days you really can't go wrong they are three great choices. My vote would have to be edelbrock though. It offers great power and torque even in low rpm's where honestly most of us drive more often than not. And for under hood appearance I love the way it looks. We installed one on my buddies 07 GT and it trully was an almost bolt on experience. We had to take apart one part of a wiring harness and plug in a new piece but no cutting and splicing and it looks like it rolled off the assembly line that way. +1 for edelbrock in my book.

Goals are very simple. I want to be able to have fun with the car, not a race car, but something along the lines of a bad ass street car.
I am leaning towards the edelbrock and having jdm do there upgrade, should see about 500 to the rears. I don't want to have to go and change the whole suspension.

Im not ready to shell out the cash yet but i see it in my bear future, ive been doing research and im on the fence between the Centri or TVS as you are. Ive had a Roots charger and its awesome! all that torque comes on in an instant! but they rae more prone to heat soak and are liquid cooled. What makes me think im gonna go Centri is my friends argument for them, Usable power, the TVS give you peak power at such a low RPM that traction becomes a serious issue, yeah its fun on the street but thats exactly where it gets heat soaked. The Centri will gradually kick in so you can put the power down better, Centri's are more efficient and do not heat soak as fast but you have to wait for red line for that peak power, Centri's are also a bit cheaper.
Although the Eddlebrock seems like a great product, there was all this hype when it was about to come out and now all you hear is crickets, i dont think it lived up to its claimed potential, dont see a lot guys running them either. After seeing a bunch of TVS set ups, i think Kenne Bell is a suprior design.

Centri - docile under 3000 rpm - pulls like a mofo above and doesnt stop. Nice balance for a street car / race car
Roots/TS - instant torque - loses a bit in the high RPM area.
any big HP gain IMHO will require an upgrade to your suspension, at least LCAs bare minimum.
Definitely control arms, I don't see the track often so I just need it to be streetable.
