Every one here has made valid points. Personally I have "heard"
about the type of organized street races that Bone has "heard" about. Late at night with the highway/street closed to regular traffic, launching area being prepped, etc. Only people at risk are the racers themselves. but it is the other side of the spectrum that concerns me most. The new fast-n furious generation that has as much common sense as their cars have horsepower (not much, LOL!) racing in traffic, people and cars lined up all the way down the length of the street and when something goes wrong it seems to be always someone innocent that gets injured.
I am not here claiming to be an angel. Most real car enthusiasts have raced in the street at one time or another in one form or another. Whether it be messing with a friend or doing a quick highway pull. All I'm trying to create is a little awareness as to where to do it and when to do it. Be smart about it!
