The stock front setup on 03 cobras isnt machpherson? I always thought it was, yet today for the first time i looked and noticed that the spring wasnt over the shocks. . .hmmm
The Mustang has a modified Macpherson strut assembly. It places the spring on the inside of the actual strut. Many people have converted over to a full coil over setup though. There are plenty of kits out there.
mach 1 boys say the bassani mid pipes like to throw cel even with a cat. i would put the mils in and reset light and see what happens. if you still get a code let me know.
there could be a broken wire, or you will need to get plug defoulers. im following another thread on a 01 cobra will a similiar problem. i will keep you posted.
