So we took the heads all of the motor and almost ever valve seal was either bad or not even pushed down all the way so they were floating on the valve stem basically.:nono: No wonder it had so much oil in the combustion chamber and exhaust ports. UGH!!
The pistons are .060 over as said to be, one of the few things that was correct. I am clueless on how these heads with 2.02 valves and the E303 clear these pistons, but they do.
Installed a new oil pan since it was crushed (need pics of that), new headgaskets, valve seals, intake gaskets, etc. He did most of the work I just helped him take the motor apart and stick it back together. Cleaned/painted the motor, cleaned the plug wires, new cap/rotor, fixed some wiring and vacuum line messes, cleaned the radiator hoses up, and more.
