One of the SEMA display we were most looking forward to seeing was from Hotchkis, who planned on recreating the famous chase scene from the movie Bullitt. The suspension and chassis specialists didn’t disappoint, with a Highland Green Fastback and a black Dodge Charger on display, showing off the company’s new wares with San Francisco’s hilly streets as a backdrop.
The Mustang Fastback (a ’67 model made to look like the ’68 used in the movie), showed off Hotchkis’ new Stage 1 TVS bolt-on suspension system for the 1964.5-1970 Ford Mustangs. The package includes front coil springs with a .5-inch drop, rear leaf springs with a 1.5-inch drop, and front and rear adjustable sway bars. Hotchkis also offers single-adjustment monotube shock absorbers as a separate item.
You can see Hotchkis’ Bullitt-style SEMA display in the gallery below, as well as their new TVS bolt-on suspension system in detail.
