Up for sale is my 1987 Buick GN. There is approx. 90k on the body and about 500 miles on the motor and 1500 miles on the trans and rear.
The motor was built by Anderson Buick Performance in Dundalk Md. It is a stock block .30 over, polished crank and rods, Diamond forged pistons with moly rings and Clevite bearings.
The heads were pocket ported and given a 3 angle valve job. The lower intake was port matched to the heads.
The cam is a hydraulic roller from Comp
The car has 65lb injectors, adj reg, a 255lph fuel pump and a progressive alcohol system.
The turbo is a te61 with a polished compressor housing. The intercooler is a G-Body Parts stretched stock location with scoop.
The exhaust consists of headers from GN1 with a 3" downpipe and a polished 3" dual.
The trans is a 200-4r stage 1 built by CK performance with a orange stripe converter.
The rear is a GN 8.5 that was freshened with new clutches, fluid and also has a ATR rear sway bar.
The interior has stock seats with no rips or holes, stock shifter, VDO GNX style guages and a aftermarket steering wheel (original is included). The carpet could use replacing as it is a little worn but not horrible.
The body is all stock with new fiberglass bumper fillers. The car has t-tops and has new weatherstripping all around. There is a small rust spot the size of a nickle on the bottom of the pass. side quarter panel in front of the tire. The windows are tinted pretty dark (5%).
The car has the ATR GNX cross braces behind the back seat and the triangle frame braces in front as well as a F body light weight swaybar.
The gas tank, radiator, brake hoses, calipers, wheel cylinders have all been replaced within the last 3 years.
The paint is just ok in my opinion. It shines up and looks decent from 10 feet away and has its normal share of parking lot dings and scratches.
The car dynoed 450hp at the tire with a conservative tune at 20psi. It runs 11.60s @ 115 mph.
The car is located in S.I. The asking price is $11k obo.
