In perusing the net for Mustang fun, I came across this little nugget. It's a 4 speed, 1968 Stang with a 460. And from a Watertown news source, dealer's only estimate it's value at $3500 - $7500. The St. Lawrence County Local Development Corporation will have a Sealed Bid Auction for a 1968 Ford Mustang as is where is with no expressed warranty as identified below. The sale will be carried out by the St. Lawrence County Industrial Development Agency.
Sale date: Thursday, April 8, 2010 at 11:00 AM
Viewing Time and Location: Wednesday, April 7, 2010 from 8:00-10:00 AM at the SLCIDA Building located at Potsdam Commerce Park Lot 6, 6 Pioneer Street, Potsdam, NY 13676.
Location of sale: St. Lawrence County Office of Economic Development, 80 State Highway 310, Suite 6 Canton, NY 13617
Terms of the Sale: Each bidder shall include 10% of their bid amount in certified funds as a bid deposit. The balance due must be received within 48 hours of acceptance. All but the highest three (3) bid deposits will be returned without delay. The three (3) highest bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days from the date of opening. Payments must be made by cash, money order or certified check. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive informalities if, in its opinion, such action is in the best interest of the Corporation.
