Assuming that the car was running right before.
First thing to check is the TFI module likes stated above. Remove it and take it to your local Autozone, they test them for free. If the module is fine, the second thing I would look at is the distributor, the stator or "pick up coil", to be exact. You can get the stator by itself, but unless you are experienced taking a distributor apart it is better to borrow a distributor from a friend or buy a new/rebuilt unit.

Sorry guys i was away for a few days... Its a 91 Gt, Trick flow heads cam upper n lower intake,, the tfi sensor is new on the car iac is new alot of things i changed.. only thing i didnt touch sice i had the car was the distributer.. i just got my MSD distributer im going to put it in but i have to wait for my friend to stop by for the timing... Thats really the only thing i can think of.. last night i went to li stangs meet at Cp.. Somone had told me that there is a fuel presure sensor under the drivers seat.. im going to replace that and hope for the best

1st do you have a adjustable fuel pressure regulator?
2nd have you had the car tuned??
first, I like to use an adj. fuel reg. when going with a big pump so that might be a good idea. next, you changed the tfi module on the dist.? did you use the white grease that goes between it? switching to an msd dist. might fix it for now but they've been known to have the same problems with modules and pick ups.
i dont read sigs since things always get left out and sometimes people have more than 1 car. and i see in 15 years not much has changed over at MM, a tune is something that should be done on any car that one is trying to get the most power from, would it cause the problem above? not likely but non the less a tune will help the car run better.

As of right now i have not changed the distributer. I am putting in a msd on on monday cuz i have to wait for some1 to set the timeing for me. i can see that every1 has mentioned or asked if i have a fuel presure gauge, so i will order 1 on monday at my friends shop..as of it being a vacumn leak i dont think that would cause it to shut down after running fine for 20 min..
Changed the distributer guys same Shit.... didnt help.. put the msd in and didnt help much at all.. now im having problems with the alt not getting a charge when the car is running.. im at the point where im just about to give up.. the distributer was the last thing i needed to change.. now its looking like it's just a wiring issue.. i have no clue anymore..i had a guy come today help set the timing on the car after i put in the the dist.. and were both at a stand still now.. dont want to spend money when i dont have to.. but i think i have to take it somwhere close.. lol i only have 20min b4 it shuts down.
S0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o0o it turns out that it was the #&$% ground from the battery to the block... replaced it after work and was able to drive the car all night no problems... thanks for every1's Help and thoughts... By the way brought the car to Cp tonight and there was a pretty damn good turn out there..
