Pushrod 302 in an '05+ ?

Anybody know if this has been done? Just wondering if it were possible and if so how much of a pain it would be.

I'm sure it could be done easily but I would stick with the 3 valve. They make great power easily and there are a lot of options for them now.

The reason I ask is because I considered starting with an '05+ V6 and doing the 302/8.8 swap.

Ahhhh I see. Good choice!! I don't think it would be that tough at all. The only real issue is the NYS Inspection and emissions.

Well, it's all still in the formulative stages right now. Sad thing is, at the end of the day, it'd still probably be cheaper for me to just pick up a 3-valve GT.
