Possible Pulley Problem

the car is running very lean, DO NOT BOOST THE CAR UNTIL YOU GET THIS RESOLVED!
Did you check the fuel filter?

I couldn't get the dang thing off. I have the tool but for some reason it wouldn't break loose.

Your problem is fuel delivery. Either the pump, the injectors (long shot), the tune, or something as simple as the fuel filter. IF it is clogged, you obviously will not get enough fuel to the motor specially under boost when the demand for it is higher.

I have to work at 10am tomorrow but i'm going to run to autozone at 8 when they open. I have a fuel pump tool but on the package it says for GM's.. I don't know if thats my problem but i'll get the ford one.

....Worst case, MM can change the fuel filter for you before you get going on the tune...Problem still might be the current tune!

Okay so this morning i ran out of time before work but i got the new tool. I'll go back out in a little while and try to get it out. Problem is i can only get one arm up there. There's to much stuff in the way.

New Problem Though.. I recharged the Air Filter last night and i cleaned the MAF sensor.. Now i'm getting hesitation and sputtering when it's just idling. You can faintly hear it but it's there..

Well the good news is i have a new fuel filter a clean air filter and a clean MAF sensor..

The bad news is i smell like gas and it's still hesitating..
