Ok guys. I'm not a big poster on here but your my brethren and I am open to all ideas and opinions.

Im ordering and having the following installed, and I wanted your guys thoughts on things that I may need to consider before I pull the hair trigger:


ATI Procharger - Powdercoated piping to match engine accents(red)
FRPP 4.10's
TCI Ratchet Shifter
Powdercoated Valve Covers
SOS 3 gauge pod for the A pillar
Autometer Nexus Boost, A/f Wide, Fuel Pressure

Are the 4.10's going to be too much gear? I have been hearing with a power adder you want to keep the gears lower. All that power just going to make those 4.10's burn the hell out of them tires.

Maybe if I was doing a twin screw I could see how I would smoke them out.

but with a centri most of the power is made in higher RPMS. The 4.10's help me get there quicker so Ill try them out first.

If he is an auto, the 4.10's will be perfect. a centri doesnt start 'spooling' until hgiher RPMs, and wont reach full boost down low like a turbo or twin screw. the 4.10's will keep him in the upper end, where he would have pwoer. a 3.55 or 3.73 will drop him out of the area he wants. a swap to those gears wouldnt really be worth it, IMO.
