Ordered My Parts

Well I ordered my Gears and 8.8 Traction Loc rebiuld kit. I went with 4.10's from ford racing. I had 3.73's in my 02gt I had and loved them, so I know Im going to have fun with the 4.10's. I am also thinking about getting a street/strip valve body and tourqe converter. Any recomendations on these?

The AODE in the 94-95 GT's are one of the worst transmissions ever built. IMHO swap it for a 5sp or ditch it for a C4... I had 4 of them in my 94 and they are all junk.... Unless you spend top $$$$ for a fully built one..

4:10's is the perfect gear for an AOD car.It should really wake up the car

I'm doing a C-4 swap on the '94 vert so if Wicked doen't want the trans than I will have one with a shift kit for sale. Competition trans in Tonawanda is decent with street/strip convertors.
Who is installing your gears?

A buddy of mine that I know is going to be installing the gears for me. I will be there just to wipe the wrenches clean when he is done with them. lol. No I will be helping. I think him and his brother are trying to get a stang built so they can race in the MOMS events in a few years.

Yea the 02 was NA and it was a auto also. I loved them. I'm going to put the 4.10's in when the snow melts.


Ordered them from jegs at like 2:30 yesterday and my wife called and said that they were at the house this morning. Hell Yea !!!!

Great man!!! Nikki's has 4.10's but they are coming out for 3.27's cuz i'm losing the overdrive.
