Sweet Gregg, I was starting to get a little nerved up about this. The wheels are coming in a few days, the tires are here already. As it is, the guy from Tire Rack wouldn't let me order 275's all around, said they wouldn't fit. I have 255-45-18 in front and 275-40-18 in back. As long as they fit I'm happy. Can't wait to get these on!!! Thanks for the help yet again.

Those front tires are going to be about a half inch taller than the rears with the sizes you ordered.Just a heads up for you,dont know if you will notice.Most people get a 285-40-18 for the rear to be closer to stock diameter.I have 295-40-18 in the rear on mine with 255-45-18 in the front

Hey Dave, the guy at tire rack told me not to get 275's all around b/c they may not fit, so he told me to put the 255's on the front. I looked up on the websit when I got home, and they have a 255-40. But the recommended 45's, and u have that as well. Is it better to have a lower tire in the back?

255-45-18 has a diameter of 27.03 inches
275-40-18 has a diameter of 26.66 inches
285-40-18 has a diameter of 26.97 inches
I would have got at least the 285-40-18 for the rear so they would have been real close to the 255-45-18 in front.Dont let the 40 in the rear tire size make you think its lower than the front.My 295-40-18 in the rear are 27.29 inches, actually a little taller than my 255-45-18 in the front

Gotcha...the numbers got me. The guy from tire rack shud have better explained, but in his defense my tire didn't come in 285. He shud have told me to make the front tire a 40 tho. I'll never see it anyway!!!!
