Seems kinda affordable or at least in the same range as a blower kit.....

Does it look like its COMPLETE If you got the extra parts they say are additional for the install....and do the prices seem right on those extras????

Alot of info on these kits on corral.net , on3 actually posts on there as well. Alot of guys bashed there kits but everyone using them seems to make good power and run the times to back it up.

A lot of guys also bash them on mach1registry. They say fitment is not perfect and the clamps suck. But the guys who use it seems to like it. I guess if you have the time to make it right it can be a good system

I know a guy who installed one on his 99 cobra.

the fitment WAS a big problem- pipes hanging low, and he had to modify parts. also, with all the mod motors you need to convert to a tubular frontend due to space constraints. iirc, the kit doesnt come with fuel parts either.

had one on my 89. Only prob i had was the downpipe hitting my belthousing. besides that kit worked good. best my car went was 11.28 at 122 with a stock shortblock and having some convertor issues. also was about 9-10 pounds of boost. i was happy with the price i paid for the kit and how it performed.

Thanks for the info all....In my situation I think I want a kit that is as close to a bolt on as possible! Guess Ill stay on the blower route!

Exactly what I was thinking! I just scare myself away from the used idea....Not having any supercharger experience.. I wouldn't want to get something thats junk!

Had a friend buy an On 3 turbo kit. Tons of fitment issues, customer service sucked, had to modify just about everything then just as he was almost done he couldnt take it anymore and sold the kit. Wasted a ton of time and money. I would stick with something more proven.

i would too but im not wasting 7 grand on no turbo kit

mayb if ur friend did some reading he would have no issues i hear about ppl removing the say bar buying the wrong kmember or the first time they ever install a turbo kit and dont know wth they are doing .....now i know there are some issues with the clamps and bov but its still worth the money spend 200 more for a trial bov and another 400 for good vclamps and a lil time its a good kit thats like about 3000 bucks just my 2c cus im a broke teenager lol

Moving the sway bar wouldn't have helped the crooked header flanges or the crooked cuts on every piece of pipe. The kit was made to fit the k member he already had, and still had clearance problems. So what I am saying is you can reasearch till you are blue in the face. Doesn't make the kit any better.
Take a look at Pony down kits if you want to save money or buy a kit already used.
I also want to add one more thing because I have been doing this a long time and have wasted tons of money trying to save money. Spend the money right the 1st time. There is a reason stuff is priced 1/2 of what somebody else is. The old standing still stays, you get what you pay for, and when the time comes to sell what is going to hold the value better. You can be broke but not have to make broke decisions with broke mentality. Spend your money wisely and focus more on the long term goal than the initial cost.

+1..just buy a name brand turbo kit and save your self a head ache...or a Kenne Bell
orrr..buy sum1 elses crushed dreams...every1 has the dreams of building a bad ass car..put the money into it and realize they want something different or cant afford it..new parts are great..but used parts can do wonders for cheap,if fully inspected.
