when you have any type of forced induction, you will get some degree of air that forces itsself past your piston rings. It winds up in your valve covers. Your pcv system is designed to deal with this air/oil mixture. it sends it back into your air intake to be burned. if your amount of blowby overwhelms your pcv system with too much oil, it could untimatley lower the octane of your fuel and cause detonation. Again, this really only matters in a forced induction setup. 1 way to deal wiht the oil is to run an oil separator inline wiht your pcv line to your air intake. option b is to remove the pcv system entirely, and install those breathers on your valve covers. but if you do that, you need a custom dyno tune designed to account for this "vacuum leak."
There. as stated, you dont want it. no matter how much it makes your street car look like "a real race car" lol
