Ive been pretty busy between hiking, camping, deer scouting ,new house projects and family. I went to go for cobra cruise tonight and turn key nothing. The theft light keeps flashing like the key isnt turned. No lights come on on dash and no fuel pump. Im thinking ignition switch or do our keys have chips in them? Im ordering a 03 Cobra Ford service book until then what do you guys think. Wont have a chance to look at it for couple days until then any ideas would be appreciated.................thanks

Do you have an aftermarket alarm?
do the interior lights work?
Try giving it a boost for shits and giggles.
If the car just sat, nothing can break or burnout just corrode. Check the terminals. keep it simple, do not overthink the situation. Without power the car will not do a damn thing.

I feel like a idiot. Went out put the cables on and everything kicked on. Ill start it once the family wakes up. Battery was 1st thing i checked when it happened and got 12.46 volts. Then i checked my notch it had 12.53 notch starts fine. Im going to check connections. Hopefully not the famous alternator problem creeping up. Ran perfect last time i drove it 2 days ago no problems at all.............
