I'll align the headlights tonight my driveway isn't level enough to do it here. My question now to anyone who reads this, what can I do to darken up the chin spoiler. Simple clean and treat or Should I just pull it off and paint it. Been on a few years, and is looking mighty crappy next to everything else looking so fresh now. Opinions/advice welcome :)

Popping the hood is actually starting to not feel shameful anymore. Next week I gotta do an engine bay detail:

Yeah that's what I was thinking too.. First time I hit a curb or parking lot stop it'll crack all over.

Had some of the Maguires NXT Protectant, saturated it, let it sit a min, then wiped it down nice and it came out good. Probably could use more time/effort but I'm just trying to rush it to take it for a spin this afternoon :) Gotta break this p51 in and get used to how it feels now and rework my auto shift points / pressure after resetting the handheld last week.

the wet tire thing from walmart...(the milky substance kind) actual will keep it black for weeks to come believe it or not. put it on...let it sit for a few mins then wipe it. works great man

So far so good. I only have a Predator for my tune currently so I'm sure it is definitely holding me back some. I'm on the 87 octane tune since I was having a leak issue and not wanting to push the car until it was resolved. Once I use up this tank I'll fill back up with 93 and switch over to the 93 tune instead and see how it goes from there. Eventually I'll go get dyno tuned @ Mustang Magic when it's time for the next round of mods.

Some say you lose down low but I'm barely seeing any change there. The mid-range RPM has woken up huge. Throttle response is a lot better, not sure if it's due to the minor relocation of things or whatnot; I just know how it feels when I step on it. I'd like to get it on the dyno to see what my base numbers are now, I'll have to setup a time @ MM to see where i'm at.

My car is a '00 and I had the stock before recall intake aka the all plastic one not even alum crossover. And it had a slight crack in it to boot once it was removed! I'd like to throw a 100shot down the gullet and a Vortech down the road so I wanted to make sure I did it safely and I picked up the p51 for a great price from a member on svtsnake. Fuel rails I ordered the CPR's from Lethal since that's the same as the original kit from Fox Lake to ensure compatibility. So in some ways, I consider this just as much of a safety mod / building block opposed to something I was looking for an immediate gain from. The fact that I have felt immediate gains is just gravy to me.

So I'd give it 3 thumbs up. :awesomework::awesomework::awesomework: oh wait that third one's not a thumb..... :evil:

hey for that chin spoiler get some mothers back to black. it will make it look brand new. i use it on my shaker hood and bumper on my jeep works great.

yeah i forgot all about that stuff i have the b2b in the garage from my old blazer it worked awesome on the moldings. the protectant did the job tho looked killer all night out and about.

i've never been one to keep my cars clean i like to drive and beat them into the ground like a mad max movie.. so spending all this time cleaning it is kind of foreign to me. but i'm digging the results.. :rock:
