Hey now Mustang fans, I am a older gear head that purchased a 1979 turbo 2.3 new in 1979 and over the years have made many modifications to this vehicle in engine,trans,suspension, and brakes. the car was spec. built for auto-x road racing, and I decided to weld up the torque boxes add subframe connectors, 9" slicks and a 150 hp shot of wet Nos so I could also drag race the vehicle. So far my best time in good air is a 10.94@123.41. I do insure and drive this car on the street and the lic. tag is NORESPC as 5.0s just don't show me any respct. I don't advocate street racing as the laws here are you loose your vehicle, BUMMER. If anyone wishes to know what works on a Fox chassis I have done it and I'll gladly share info. Turbo43
