new trunk rack for shows Finished Pics Added

I got a little upset everytime I went to car shows and the judge asked for my fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and owners manual.

So this morning I got a little froggy and decided to build my own custom trunk rack for these things.


I am going to cover it in carpet that matches the trunk. Not hard to do, just took some time to get the dimensions and a way to mount it.


I recessed all the goodies, and used regular picture hanging hooks. The unit comes off or on in less than 10 seconds. I like it.

It is all done. I am uploading pics now.

I already made another one for a fellow member here.

Pics in a few minutes.

I am working on a new one made out of fiberglass, and also one for the 94-04's. More on that later.


If I have time, I will make one or 2 more to take with me to flowerfields.

Here they are. I have enough carpet left to do 2 more. Just need to get fire extinguishers and first aid kits.

I can make the openings whatever you want for a first aid kit or owners manual. I have mine set up as, owners manual, fire, first aid.

Pm me if interested and we can work something out. The trunk does not close with this style, the new one the trunk will be able to close.
