Hey. I'm new to the forum and to mustangs to some extent. I had a 98 Z28 in the past with the typical mods, but now I want to get into the small bock ford world (87-95 mustang). I'm also looking for a good shop in upstate NY in the tri-county region to help me make it sick. I doubt I'll be able to contribute much but I hope to learn what I can.

Oh yeah, I AM in NY, and I AM writing this at 3 am.

If you want to get in the small block world of Ford .Then go buy a 2003 or 2004 Mustang cobra with the therminator motor.Trust me you will love it.This is coming from a Guy who loves Camaros. I just resently sold my 1967 gold RS camaro.Thats when I bought my first MustangGT (2006) Now I have a 2008 Mustang GT/CS convertible with a kenne Bell super charger.465 rwhp its great just like driving a 454 big block.

I would be all over an 03-04 Cobra, but the money just isn't there right now.
Most of my money is in the hands of my University right now.

Welcome, just keep checking Craigs list. With the economy the way it is there are deals to be had from people that need to sell their stuff to pay the bills.

not to hijack but why did you sell the 67 rs? id have hung on to that baby for dear life.. lol..
