I talk to Lenny a lot so I can ask.
I bought my converter from Lenny for a few reasons...
1. He actually cared about making the converter right for my car, AND got it perfect on the first try.
2. He took the time to talk to me, instead of rushing me off the phone like most others.
3. The owner is the builder and the person talks to you when you call.
4. Prices are awesome.
Here is what I learned after my purchase.
1. He has a cult-like following. People have good and bad things to say about every company. If you pick any manufacturer, you will find people that have had great experiences, and people who have had bad experiences...With Lenny, I have NEVER heard of anyone who wasn't 100% happy.
2. Customer service is amazing. I had an issue installing it and though the problem was the converter...I figured out that it was me and took care of it, but Lenny called me on a SUNDAY to help out.
3. His converters are internally superior to others on the market.
Youre better off talking to him one on one to get the right thing.
