Old Mustangs rule.Thanks guys.
Mike, long story, short version. The last Mustang was a 65 Coupe that my son and I rebuilt for my wife. 289, C4, 8" Moonlight Mist Blue w/black vinyl top. Started in '94. Completed '99. We drove it till '05 to shows and cruises.
'05 my son joins the Navy.
'07 my wife and I trailer the '65 to his home in Va Beach, toss him the keys and sign it over to him to enjoy. He helped a great deal on the car including the headliner and installing the vinyl top. He's cruised and shown it now for 3 summers. He's loved that car since the day it showed up here.
So, I don't currently have a Mustang but I am working on a '65 Falcon hardtop and own a '72 Gran Torino Sport and a '32 Ford Roadster. I hope I won't get chased out for not having a Mustang. Just passing on the hobby to the younger generation. Ron
