Thursday
Big thanks to Choda helping me get my car down to Doug's shop
Friday
Had to modify my 302 fuel rails to fit the 351 lower intake, so I cut the hoses out between the rails and put in longer ones. Then the passenger side rail hit the front of the runner so I had to slot the mounting holes and move that rail slightly forward.
Thanks to Doug, my MSD is is wired into my factory wiring harness, and it quick disconnect so I can by-pass the MSD box and run off the computer if need be. Also, the entire MSD wiring has a 6 pin connector now that I can disconnect at the firewall to keep all the MSD wiring on the motor when pulling it in the furture

Put the headlights/corners anf some fresh bulbs back in the car.
Saturday
After a Morning of running around, I had most of my coolant hoses, vaccum lines, and Barbs for my intake.
Tensionor installed
Mock up for upper intake
Had to clearance the bracket the IAC sits in to it wouldn't hit the upper intake
Took the oil pan back off to seal it with some RTV because the gasket by itself was not doing the job.
On the cherry picker
After some concern over the part number on the flywheel, I determined that SPEC did send me the correct one, put the pilot bearing in, bolted up the flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate. Then the tranny slide nicely into place.
Then, after a little swearing, the motor and tranny were in their new home.
Sunday
I ran up to Rochester in the morning to see Adam to get a upper to lower gaskter for my intake since he had a spare. Also unexpectidley borrowed his LM-2 so I can use that when the car gets running. My alternator finally came in at Advanced, so I picked that up too along with the last of the vaccum barbs I needed for the upper intake from Hector's Hardware
Took the seats out and pulled up the carpet to intall me driveshaft loop
Just the car on the lift
You can see here the headers are installed (which are still giving us problems.) and the driveshaft loop, the driveshaft, and the tranny crossmember
Header issue: hits steering shaft, clutch fork, and sit too wide to mate up to the Prochamber
Alternator and power steering pump installed
