If you're gonna buy one, save your money and get a REALLY good one. I use a Blue Point (Snap On) that GM technical training Highly recommends.......its about $400 but it does everything. But if your not into heavy electrical diagnosis then I suppose theres no need for one that expensive. Surprisingly, Craftsman has great DVOM's (multimeters) that are very reasonbly priced and work extremely well. Just make sure they have replacable fuses as some of the cheaper ones don't. Fluke is a good brand but I got away from them because there warranty repairs take forever and they almost always charge you for something. The last meter I needed repaired was gonna cost me $250. needless to say I went to Blue Point and its been great!
