save your money for a while and then get a supercharger.
Thats what I wish I did with mine. I was buying little things here and there and kept buying more and ended up doing a head and cam swap (bought car with an Edelbrock intake on it) and still wasnt satisfied.
Eventually I replaced the motor and heads and cam again and its still not as fast as I think it should be.
Looking back I wish I just bolted a supercharger on the stock shortblock and was done with it. It would probably have been alot cheaper.

What kind of tires do you have? The mods you have now and decent tires should be 13's easy. A larger MAF will net you another 5hp maybe, pulleys will gain you some decent power, what about the free mods? If you are running decent gas you can advance the timing or some more power. I ran 13.74@103 with the mods you have an pulleys in a '88 LX. This was with some 245/50 Nitto on Pony rims.
As far as a supercharger, used anywhere from $800-2000 and new $1900-4500, depends on the kit. I am listing one on here soon that came off my 93 LX that will be a great deal for someone.
With 5-8lbs of boost you can get away running the stock 19lbers and FMU for awhile until you can upgrade the injectors and MAF size.
With my 93 GT I ran 13.80@100 with stock motor, 3.27 gears,pulleys,and exhaust. I added a Powerdyne 9lb kit and changed nothing else and ran 12.77@111. That was untuned with the FMU and 19lbers still. So it was a huge gain for the small amount of time it took to install.

seriously how many times do u read a thread "i want my car to hook up on the street" and the guy goes and gets a coilover kit, 28" tires and pays good money for it.....and then complains that his daily driver mustang makes noise on bumps and slides around in the rain

LMAO, yea or the guy that wants to add a supercharger/heads/cam and is worried about if he can run 87 octane and what the gas mileage will be.
A guy I know did h/c/i on his 88 GT and didn't like that he had to rev it higher and that it didn't idle as good. Then his gf hated how loud it was so he stuck the STOCK h-pipe back on it. LOL

Good tired and alot of practice gets you good times, you can have all the $$ in the worls and if you have a 12 second car and a 15 second drive you will be running 14's.
I'd get at least some Nitto 555R which are a huge upgrade over what you have now, and won't sacrifice handling as much as some of the others drag radials. M/T ET Street, Hoosier, or M&H drag radials are even stickier but have less tread life.
Honestly I'd get your car to hook up and use the power you have now before you go and add more. Then adding a supercharger later will easily get you to the 12's. My cousin's 89 GT I listed for sale on here ran 12.48@111 with exhaust, gears, and supercharger using Nitto 555R on 17" rims.
