If you can follow directions and have a good mechanical inclination, then you can do it yourself. Get yourself a good shop manual, make sure you have the right tools, and take your time, its pretty involved to do a head/cam swap so if this is your first time, it may take awhile . . . but well worth the learning experience.
Any hardened pushrod, of the proper length, when using stud mount rockers with guideplates will do. I was provided Iskenders for my first build, they worked fine, no issues. Do a search on setting pushrod length on the Corral, i'm sure you'll find info on it.
Roller rockers, I've used the Probe pieces that I got from Coast High, they have a lifetime warranty on them. I've had to send a few back due to some issues with the roller tips but they were fixed. They are beefy as heck. My current build is using ultra golds from comp cams.
I used a timing chain from ford racing on my first build. no issues.
Couple other notes, always check piston to valve clearance, use quality head gasket, make sure to calc compression ratio from the heads you're looking to purchase, use head studs and torque down using arp moly lube.
Good luck.
