Personally I love my Procharger. It makes amazing power (402rwhp with 8psi on a SOHC only other mod was X-pipe with mac cat back) and if you ever want to upgrade it could be done easily. I have a P1sc and I'm looking to upgrade the internals to a D1sc next year to get my extra 3psi. So if you do decide to go Procharger I would by the D1sc and get a bigger pulley until you upgrade your internals. Not to mention the self contained oiling system which is a major benefit.
