I did this to my '79 mustang. I grabbed the spindles, proportioning valve, booster, master cylinder, and the lines that connect the master and proportioning valve. For the rear I used a rear out of a Lincoln markVII, flipped the brackets and used fox length axles.
FYI, you will need to swap to a 94 and newer ball joints, or use spacers with your stock ball joint to bolt on the 94-95 spindles.
