ive got a 95 gt and the check engine started to come on randomly so i had my teacher hook up a scanner and he told me bank 1and2 are running lean and said to replace my egr valve i just wanted to make sure this is the problem befor i put money in to it and have it not fix it any info would help thanks tony

hey it could actually be the egr value sensor, i bought a new egr and still the light would come on then i switched the sensor and that did the job, its about 70 bucks, i also have a 95 , any question just ask

when you had the problem with your egr valve did you ever hook up a scanner and pull codes

fuel probs mybe try some inj cleaner ....
