I've been having this awkward noise when I move my steering wheel around...I checked the Power Steering and its at the correct amount...any ideas guys?

sounds like rubbing possibly crunching and screeching. could it be springs?

does it do it when you hit bumps? if your sitting still and turn the wheel, does it still make it?

could be a ball joint starting to go bad. might even be your tire hitting your wheel well.

rack bushings go bad pretty quickly as well

tie rod ends, jack up the front of the car and see if the wheels have any play side to side

I changed my struts and shocks...should I have gotten an alignment? I believe I hear that noise when I am turning into a driveway slowly.

not unless you dropped the car(lowered it via springs) when you did them.

if it does it when going slow, Im going to say steering rack bushings
