There's the work the previous owner had done. I get what you're saying about the resale value, but I have no intentions of selling it. If I need the money, the boat goes first .
There are plenty of threads that deal with the Explorer rear swap, but none that I've seen mention the calipers. I'm sure if I spend the money I can put together custom brakes, but for a Sunday driver that would be overkill. I'll be staying with stock caliper brackets and rotors to keep the cost down, so I will look for the best calipers I could find that fit. I'm taking copious notes and pictures, so when the job is complete and post it on this forum. Thanks.

My biggest concern with that repair would be, what's it hiding? My response wasn't meant from the angle of you reselling your car.It was more of a peace of mind while whipping down the highway in the car and having a good solid foundation for your investment.
