upper intake I am guessing.

Look at the ports on the bottom, if they are round it will fit, if they are rectangular it will not fit.

It is stock for the Cobras...its a gt40 intake with alittle bit more breathing than the stock one (which I have)

to the OP, is this the one on your car?

Lower manifold is different than the stock Cobra, It's a revised intake. Lowers are better then regular cobras since it has provision for other accessories.
