Yes but you have to buy a bushing kit for the head bolts. 302's use 7/16" headbolts and 351's use 1/2" headbolts.

Just a question? Why do you want to use them?

Most 351 heads are the same as 302 heads. There was a couple years (71,72) or something like that where they were a better designed head.

Apart from that, an E7 head doesnt care if it comes on a 302 or a 351. There will be no difference between the two.

69 or 70 have both trying to figure out which to use kinda tight on cash bought everything but cam and heads

Do they have hardened valve seats? Probably need to be freshened up...
Whats there life been like? It might be cheaper to just pick up a set of low mile gt-40's or something.
