Hello everyone,
My name is Luis Natal and I live in Sunnyside New York. I am very happy to be part of New York Mustangs. It is my first time joining a mustang enthusiast related group. I work full-time in the auto industry and I also do psychology in school part-time. In 2003, I had a girl teacher who had a GT 1985 and the car failed inspection. SO, knowing that I worked in the car industry, she asked me to check it and fix it so it could pass. I got to drive that powerful car for 3 days and I loved it so much. I fixed it and then I wanted it for me but she would not sell it. I insisted and she said :nono: I love it too. I think I will keep it forever. So, after a lot of years and being able to buy one, I found it down in Georgia where my parents lived. My teacher and I stayed in touch for all this time. I called her and told her about it, hahahaha. She was so happy I got mine. My car is a 1990 LX 5.0 convertible white with beige top . I love the car. I bought it two years ago in the south and it was in very good shape but it already needed a top and a power steering pump which was making too much noise. Anyway, I have been doing some repairs on it as often as my time off allows me to, and I have achieved a lot. Done the top, P/s pump, engine/trainy mounts, brakes, a new carpet and radio (factory). I really want to share this with other mustang enthusiasts. I think this can be really fun.
Best,
Luis
