Gettin new exhaust - Ordered

I'm finally getting my exhaust done !

Now. I have a few questions...


1. ( this is for my dad, i don`t really care about this ) WIll it make alot of noise on idle or when driving slow ? FOr isntance if i`m not in the mood to listen to exhaust or music or whatever... will it bother me ?

2. How much would it run me. You guys know what kind of sound i want... the deep aggressive sound . I`m REALLY hoping that i don`t have to spend more than $400.. that's like the top limit

3. Where can i do this ?

1. real answer is yes....tell him no...thats what i told my dad and when i got it done...he loved it...lol

2. get that mac catback i sent u the link for $300 and it bolts on right to your y pipe....

3. you can do it in the back of your block with your dad...or pay 100 for a shop to doiit

Sounds like a very cheap solution.. i`ll try and look for it on youtube. ANd if anyone else has an opinion on this it would awesome

1) if you have to ask this question then you should just sell the mustang and buy a minivan. aftermarket exhaust is going to be louder than whats on there now no matter what mufflers you get

2)your not gonna have a deep agressive sound with a 6.

3) driveway, garage, street, sidewalk, etc.

Like i said i didn`t ask that question for myself, i do not care about noise inside the car .

2. I did see quite a few sixxers with nice sounding exhaust systems...

da! thats the one...the only difference is that your gunna have 3" tips instead of 2.5" so urs is going to be a little bit louder

TIPS don't change at all! its a 2.5" system, so even if the tips were 4", the sound would be the same! now, a ricer resonator tip, that would change the sound.
