I am concerned myself with this.
If there are no shorts and resistance was futile then there should be no reason for the fuse to blow.
There can be an underlying problem that is only happening when you hit a bump or something shifts causing a short.
I would think you would be able to data log the car and check for voltage spike across the pcm, but I could be wrong on that one, thats a guess
