Fox cup holder

I was wondering what people's thoughts/solutions were to the no cup holder fox interior. It wasn't a big deal for me last summer to not have one (no eating in the car rule) but I have since become a regular coffee drinker and need it for my morning commute. I know they make one for the ash tray and another for the armrest, what do you guys think about them?

They seem like a good idea if you like to have a drink in your car. I never used one but they arn't really expensive

LOL, yeah if it's bottled drink. If you have a cup, you're screwed. The only time I get mad, is when you don't finish your drink that's in a cup, and get to your car and realize that you have no cupholders!!!!!!

That single plug and chug one that goes into the ash tray seems pretty good...not too big, but still gets the job done. Although, would either of them get in the way of shifting?? Here is one installed, but with a drink in it it seems like it would be right in the place...

When there's a drink in the holder it might be difficult shifting. I put my arm right there when I driving since I don't have an arm rest. So if you just put your arm next to you and the drink in the back hole, it's probably alright then.

HOly JeES!!! i had no idea anybody made something like that.... i just excepted the fact that i had no cup holders and moved on...i assumed ford knew what they were doing...i think it was all part of an elaborate plan to cut the world use of paper plastic usage down and ford was spear heading the project than all the other car companies capitalized on the fact that ford didn't use cup holders to gain sales and screw them over in th end....just my 2cents oh and i'm for sure buying the dbl ash tray one oh yeah no more spilt sonic slushies!!! Yeah just kidding about the conspiracy theory!

Hoot - glad we could enlighten you on the cup holders!

I'm pretty sure its gonna get in the way when shifting but I think I'll have to come to terms with that. I like the armrest delete that Jeff has too so I might order that at the same time. I'll post an update once I've driven with it for a few days, putting the car back into regular use tomorrow at least for the dry and warm days.

I have to have my girlfriend hold my drink for me. All my nitrous switches are where my ashtray used to be because you never know what your going to have to teach some ricer a lesson! LOL
