I am posting this ad for a friend. I have personally seen this car and all I can say is descriptions and photos don't do it justice!

Standard Features-cruise control, power steering/locks/windows/leather seats, air conditioning, remote keyless entry, factory supercharger, 6-spd. trans., etc.

Additional features-original factory Mystic Chrome paint finish; (1 of 495 made in '04), CDC Light Bar, upgraded front and rear brakes (slotted and cross-drilled rotors), window tinting, Eibach lowering kit, Borla stainless steel cat-back exhaust system, MRT hood struts, invisible 3M Bra, and Foose 18" wheels, loads of underhood chrome. The engine is 100% stock; no pulley upgrades or custom tune. Over $5k invested; will also include original take-ff equipment in sale.

Car has only 9,000 miles on it and has never seen rain or snow; and was primarily driven to car shows and events. Car comes with all documentation and history.

its a Termi so, you know the Borla wasn't cheap

that 3M stuff is crazy expensive, my buddy works at BMW and even with a discount that shits ridiculous, and those 18 inch Fooses are probably crazy expensive too

car has never, ever been abused....only babied.

That makes no sense to me... A dealer can print and hand you a check with NO HASSLE... any normal person needs to get financed and a loan which means time and issues......

Why would you not want to sell to a dealer? Im sorry you feel that way....

Don't shoot the messenger. I posted the ad for a friend and these are the terms he wanted in the ad. BTW, he did receive calls from dealers and they wanted him to put the car on consignment or low-balled him with offers $3-4k below his price.

the "dealer" was me that called him.. if he could be more reasonable with the price I would condider buying the car... I never placed an actual offer on the car and yes I did offer to place the car on consignment if he couldnt sell it... Why wouldnt I? I was trying to help...


He must not want to sell it that bad.

just asking...why does that not make sense?
dealer is going to offer below retail, so he can sell for retail and make a profit. just like trading in a vehicle..they give you less and sell it for more. yeah i guess if you needed the cash, sell it to a dealer. but, if your in no big rush... wouldnt someone rather wait for someones loan papers to go through and get what they wanted. seems like no hassles there...and say the buyer has cash.

to each there own... I may have been willing to pay close to asking price and cut a check and have the car picked up... It could have been a simple process..

Good luck getting financed through a bank for over $30,000 for an 04 Cobra. Im not saying its not worth it I just know and deal with banks every day... You will need to find someone with the cash that is specifically looking for that car.. Typically someone looking to spend that kind of cash wants everything stock including stock wheels. I was just trying to help the guy out and offer him to purchase the car. I asked him what he was willing to take and I never "lowball" offered him at all.

He had offers from more than one dealer as this isn't the only place the car is advertised. I'm am not privy for the reason or reasons the sale of this car didn't happen. Artie must have his reasons. Only time will tell if he reconsiders and lowers his price or just pulls it off of the market for now.
