flywheel or cluch peddle making noice

hey guys been dealing with a sqeeking noice for a few weeks now it happens when I let go of the cluch peddle it starts sqeeking n when I put my foot on it lightly it stops when I let go it starts up again any one hav an idea what it could be loose fly wheel or something I'd appreaciat the help guys...

Really you think it it stops as long as I got my foot on it not super loud sqeek but you can hear it man it's a good one

reaally you think man it stops when I put my foot on it lightly was thinking of going to mustang magic in LI you think it's woth the ride I'm in the bronx ny area don't know many good mustang shop around here I'll take a ride anywhere to find a really good shop that would be into my care?

im not sure sounds like it could be ......wait and see what everyone else thinks

it does sound like the throw out bearing. any local shop should be able to replace it without much trouble. it would have to be a very incompetent mechanic to screw that up as it is a very straight forward installation (it does involve dropping the transmission though, so it may not be cheap)

Damn so driving the car will make it worst right should I stop driving it till I get it checked out on wenday?

No it's not THAT bad to drive the car with a squeaky TOB. I had the same thing and drove with it for awhile, its just annoying to hear. Get yourself an adjustable cable. It's probably squeaky because 1. Its just a old TOB and needs replacement or 2. The cable isn't allowing it to release all the way and its always spinning slightly and a adjustable cable will fix that.

that sounds more on point I haven't adjusted the cable in a while now n I hav been meaning on getting that fire wall adjustabel I'm hoping that's all it is cause it's anoying me man thanks guys that's really helpful
