2 rims & 2 slicks right? what size rims? what backspace? 4 or 5 lug? how much? how many passes on slicks?

yup 2 rims and 2 slicks.. 15 inch rims with rim screws already. 4.5 inch backspace and about 10 passes on the slicks and looking to get around 400 but willing to negotiate
