Selling a SBF 349 shortblock that's A4 block based with Eagle 4340 3.4" crank, 5.400" H-beam rods and Probe Forged pistons. Everything is fresh from the machine shop, is balanced and just ready to be put back together. Everything comes with it, Canton 7qt oil pan w/Windage Tray and pickup, timing cover, adj timing chain, dipstick, and new rear main seal. Will also include the SFI spec balancer, flywheel and cam (see cam specs below). All you need is an H/C/I combo to complete. Looking to get $2500 + half shipping for it. PM or email with questions.
The block is a Ford SVO A4 block with ARP studs and 1/2" ARP head studs. It's bored .040" over, clearanced for the stroker and has new cam bearings and clevite 77 main bearings. The deck was shaved to get rid of the o-ring and the pistons were shaved also to get proper piston to deck height.
The internals are made by Eagle and Probe. The crank is 4340 forged unit with a 3.4" stroke. The rods are also 4340 forged 5.4" H-Beam rods and ARP bolts and Clevite 77 rod bearings, new. The Pistons are made by Probe and are dished pistons with dual valve reliefs and are low comp for boost. Pistons are .040 over and the piston deck was shaved to compensate for lowered deck height, so you'll need to double check the CR, and have new Total Seal rings.
