custom tune not passing

Finally at 7pm she passed..2min later reinstalled my bullet cold air/reloaded race tune...good fora nother year...i wanted to put a 3000 stall/4:10 gears gee should i take the chance..the tranny guy at a garage I frequent says he wouldnt do it..that im asking for trouble with my inspection nxt year...its a big downer for me...

How about: Twin turbo'd, No cats, Delete Plates, Hot Rod cams, and a crap load of other mods??

I may just be swapping inspections from my other cars...
