Ok hold on LOL.
The car NEEDS 32-34 degrees advanced at FULL advance around 3500 to 4000 rpm. The big question is this! Is your distributor locked out??? I can't help you until you tell me that because it seems your missing what I'm trying to tell you.
However, if it's NOT locked at 32 degrees (which means it advances timing as you rev the engine) set the timing at 32-34 degrees while the engine is reved up to 4K. Then you should be fine. If it's locked at 32-34 then you need a start retard or you need to unlock the distributor from full advance and put a spring kit in it.
Just to be clear, if it's locked at 32 DO NOT SET THE TIMING BELOW THAT!! It won't have enough timing at high rpms and you could do damage!!

i understan but the distributor is not locked...so i should rev the motor at 4k and at that point set the timing at 32-34

Yep. That's it. Once its done check what the timing is at idle. It should be around 12 -14. It should start much better too. Good luck.

Ok I did the timing ran a 2 gauge ground for the motor but still same issue I took a video if any 1 could tell me how I can upload it do u guys could hear it and maybe that will help

Ive had some buddies with "fresh" Redtops that shit out on em. Check/slow charge it, or bring it to get checked. Easiest thing to do at this point..

I noticed your battery is relocated. Can you draw (in Microsoft Paint or any other program) a quick diagram of how you wired the car/ battery

^^ Thats a good idea and I agree with Adam on the RewdTop thing. I am on my 8th one. They do NOT have a good shelf life. I would have it checked.

I can't keep one in the Booger. I'm on my 2nd this year this year and it's a POS. You can only charge at 2 amps or you'll kill it so I'm putting a fuckin' Die Hard acid battery in it. That AGM crap can eat taint!
