Compare these two clutches

I currently have a SPEC 2 clutch & need to know if a dual friction centerforce clutch/pp would make a stiffer or softer pedal.

I dont know but everyone I know with a Spec clutch loved them. Whats wrong with your clutch to stiff?

Well I am going to get a new trans(mine has a whine) and I thought since I had it out i thought if I could get a clutch that was a bit softer I would.Its not too bad but a bit stiff.BTW yes I have a factory cable with a firewall adj.

I actually did not like my centerforce dual friction clutch, got a spec stage 2.5 or something... cant remember and I liked that one more.
