Buddies 05 roush throwing a camshaft sensor code....hit a bump one night pretty soild and Check Engine light came on imed....checked it with my SCT and it's throwing the P0340 code which is the camshaft sensor...NE idea's what or why this code came on for that reason?

It's not camshaft sensor its camshaft sensor circuit, it means there could be loose or damaged wiring as well if you believe its directly related to the pothole. The best thing to do is check the voltage and continuity in the sensor and harness
